About Stewarding Wellness
At Stewarding Wellness, my mission is to provide personalized wellness plans and lifestyle recommendations that are tailored to your unique needs. As a Christian Health
Practitioner (CHP), I am committed to supporting you in your wellness journey through foundational health practices and continuous guidance.
About Me

I completed my Christian Health Practitioner (CHP) training through the School of Christian Health and Nutrition. I started this training to deepen my understanding of health and wellness with the intention of helping my family. What I learned was too good and too important not to share with others.

Prior to becoming a CHP, I worked in the fields of social work and public health (at the federal, state, and local levels). I had a "career change" when I became a mom and then a homeschool teacher for my 3 boys. Much of this has set the stage for me to become a CHP. I consider myself a lifelong learner and enjoy putting into practice much of what I learn.

When I'm not working with clients, you might find me reading (probably a health-related book), making bread with freshly milled flour, or spending time with family and friends.
What's a CHP?
A CHP is a Christian Health Practitioner, someone trained in the foundational aspects of health. These aspects include hydration, a nutrient-dense
way of eating, movement and exercise, rest and sleep, sunlight, and more.
CHPs are trained to consider the whole person and focus on wellness, not disease management.
Why work with a CHP?
The goal of a CHP is to coach clients through personalized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations in order to support optimal health and wellness.

Longer appointments provide ample time for asking and answering questions, identifying potential barriers, and developing strategies for becoming a better steward of health and wellness.

CHPS are able to provide ongoing support and guidance to their clients.
The CHP Scope of Care
In addition to the client consultation services, I am able to offer some testing,
including lab panels and
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
(HTMA) testing.
These tests are not intended to diagnose disease, but rather to identify potential imbalances or track progress.

The care of a CHP is not designed to treat any specific disease or medical condition. CHPs do not diagnose or write prescriptions. No comment or recommendation from your CHP should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription.
